What is the lead time for bulk orders?
The lead time for wholesale cutting boards varies per order. A good expectation is that your order will take at least 4 weeks to manufacture which can change depending on our production schedule at the time.
If you order wholesale cutting boards, we recommend reordering when you are halfway through your inventory.
What is the minimum order necessary for wholesale pricing?
We have a minimum order quantity of 100 hardwood cutting boards in order to receive wholesale pricing. However, we do sell our overruns from previous bulk orders at wholesale pricing while quantities last.
If I am ordering blank cutting boards to engrave, will I need to do anything to them after they arrive before I can start working on them?
The blank wholesale cutting boards are sanded smooth and arrive ready to engrave.
What is the lead time for a large custom butcher block?
The majority of our high-end butcher blocks are manufactured and shipped within three weeks from the time the deposit is made.
When I purchase a custom high-end butcher block will cleaning and care instructions be enclosed with the product?
We always include cutting board cleaning and care instructions with your order. If you have lost these instructions, you can view the “How to Care for My Custom Butcher Block” under the Quick Links in the footer of our website.

When I place an order how is payment made?
When placing an order for wholesale or custom butcher blocks, we require a 50% deposit for your order to be added to our production schedule. Once your order is completed and ready to ship, the final 50% will be collected on the order along with the cost of shipping.
